They should be a curious self-starter who enjoys working independently as well as collaboratively. Key attributes include problem-solving, time management, devotion to follow-through, confidence in communication, attention to detail, and top-notch organizational skills. Proficiency in a second language is highly prized, and strong copywriting skills are essential. Enthusiasm, a can-do spirit, and fresh ideas are encouraged.
