The Associate Creative Director, Editorial Content & Social leads the creative development and execution of editorial storytelling across Target’s digital and social channels. Partnering closely with editorial marketing leadership, this role translates strategy into compelling creative work across photoshoots, collaborations, reclaimed style storytelling, and socially native content. This leader guides creative teams and production partners through concept development, shoot planning, and content creation—ensuring the work reflects Target’s brand voice and a high standard of creative excellence while resonating with culture and evolving social platforms.
