About The Position

The Custom Content Editor reviews, edits, and revises digital content aligned with the information needs of an audience of healthcare professionals around the globe. The Editor ensures content meets editorial content and product criteria, working with medical expert contributors and editorial team members as needed to supplement and revise submissions. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in current medical science, have strong communication skills, and have demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills. Strong editing and writing skills are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in an evolving editorial landscape, combining traditional medical editing rigor with fluent AI implementation to accelerate content creation without compromising clinical accuracy or ethical publishing standards. The editor will effectively use and understand a variety of AI engines while safeguarding the quality, accuracy, and physician-audience appropriateness of every published piece. The Editor will collaborate across multiple departments including Program Managers, Copy and Production Editors, various Media Editors, Marketing, and editorial leadership to ensure content planning alignment. The Editor ensures that the content published is true to our brands’ missions and values and builds on our leadership position in health and medical information worldwide. This position ensures timely, engaging, and relevant coverage for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
