About The Position

As an eDiscovery Project Manager (PM) at Array, you will be the driving force behind our client projects, serving as the primary point of contact and consultant for our clients. You will lead efforts to ensure seamless collaboration across a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service. Your role will be pivotal in managing client and project information, and you will work closely with internal departments to implement the best solutions for our clients' needs.

Requirements

Strong client focus, with a track record of building and sustaining high-touch client relationships.
Strong knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and technologies, with the ability to evaluate client needs and design effective solutions.
Hands-on experience with Relativity Processing specifically.
Prior experience in a client-facing project management role within legal services, litigation support, or eDiscovery.
Proficiency with database programs, text editors, and document review platforms.
Working knowledge of Relativity or comparable eDiscovery review platforms.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Understand and interpret client needs to tailor solutions that exceed expectations, ensuring personalized and effective outcomes.
Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to construct comprehensive project plans, aligning project goals with client expectations and internal capabilities.
Oversee internal processes to ensure project plans are executed to specifications and deadlines.
Provide regular updates to clients, including detailed status reports, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Offer advanced support for technology usage, including Relativity, ensuring clients can effectively use the technology and resolve issues promptly.
Address and resolve client issues with delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust by ensuring data integrity and availability.
Process data through Relativity Processing as needed, supporting efficient handling and management of client data.
