  • Hands-on proficiency with Relativity; experience with Everlaw or Nuix a plus
  • Deep working knowledge of the EDRM, including data collection, Early Case Assessment, analytics, and production
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Strong project management skills: budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail for attorney audiences and vice versa
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) or CEDS certification
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Experience with litigation matters in energy, IP, or financial services sectors
  • Familiarity with legal hold tools (Exterro, Zapproved)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client and attorney-facing contact for all eDiscovery matters
  • Scope, plan, and execute eDiscovery projects; develop timelines, budgets, and workflow documentation
  • Coordinate with outside vendors, collection specialists, and forensic consultants
  • Configure and manage review workflows in Relativity including Active Learning and analytics tools
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and provide regular status reporting to case teams
  • Identify and resolve processing, review, and production issues quickly and effectively
  • Provide training and guidance to attorneys and paralegals on eDiscovery platforms and processes
  • Stay current on FRCP amendments, case law, and industry best practices around ESI management
