The Project Director will lead initiatives, projects, complex or strategic client engagements, or other efforts in the vertical or across verticals, as directed by the Vertical VP. This role demands a strong leader who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization globally and can be consultative, collaborative, and effective in working with clients. The Project Director is an empowered leader who must drive results, proactively identify, and resolve problems on high complexity projects. The Project Director has the primary responsibility to ensure that the project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost. The Project Director is accountable with the Leads for the project schedule results and leading and assisting other Project Managers on larger projects as needed. The Project Director will manage the Team's work plan (tasks, milestones, & dependencies) and resource needs within and across teams. Communicate and coach process teams on the usage of E-PMO processes and tools. Identify and qualify project team risks, issues and scope changes and assist in their tracking using E-PMO tools and defined processes.
