Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience, technical training, or relevant coursework will be considered.

  • Basic understanding of databases, file structures, data formats, or technical workflows preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with RelativityOne, Relativity Server, or other eDiscovery platforms.
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, scripting, data management, or other technical tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data loading, migration, export, and production tasks within RelativityOne and Relativity Server environments.
  • Prepare, validate, and troubleshoot electronic data to ensure accurate and timely delivery to internal teams and clients.
  • Manage data workflows including load file preparation, metadata validation, document imports, exports, and production releases.
  • Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and processing issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, attorneys, analysts, and technical teams to support eDiscovery workflows and client deliverables.
