eDiscovery Application Support Specialist

About The Position

We are seeking an Investigative eDiscovery Application Support Specialist to support enterprise eDiscovery and litigation support platforms in a secure and mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms, Microsoft technologies, and investigative support operations. This role will support application administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support for eDiscovery and compliance systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting eDiscovery or litigation support platforms.
  • Experience administering Relativity or similar eDiscovery applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server environments.
  • Experience with IIS and PowerShell scripting.
  • Understanding of eDiscovery and legal hold processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting federal government or regulated environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview or Microsoft 365 Compliance Center.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Relevant certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Security+, or Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Relativity and related eDiscovery platforms.
  • Provide Tier II/Tier III support for eDiscovery applications and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot application, database, and system issues.
  • Support legal hold, data preservation, and eDiscovery workflows.
  • Maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases and IIS configurations.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
  • Assist with security remediation and compliance activities.
  • Support Microsoft 365 compliance and retention technologies.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with legal, investigative, cybersecurity, and IT teams.
  • Support system monitoring and performance optimization.
