About The Position

We are seeking an experienced EDI IBM Sterling Integrator Developer with over 15 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, maintaining, supporting, and monitoring IBM Sterling Commerce applications and their various modules and pipelines. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, with a focus on business processes (BPML), adapters, and extensive map development across various formats. You will also be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting EDI transactions and system performance, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with business stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience on IBM Sterling Integrator version 5.2.6 or above.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing, maintaining, supporting, and monitoring of IBM Sterling Commerce application and all different module/pipelines.
  • Good Knowledge and hands on experience in business processes (BPML) and adapters within Sterling Integrator.
  • Extensive exposure on map development formats like ANSI X12, XML, EDIFACT, CSV, Flat files, JSON.
  • Good understanding of communication protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS2, VAN.
  • Proficiency in DB2+SQL, XML, XSLT, Web services, APIs.
  • Experience with Agile Development practices, backlog refinements, sprint planning, retrospectives model.
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills are must.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should be a self-starter and independent learner.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Develop, maintain, support, and monitor IBM Sterling Commerce application and all different module/pipelines.
  • Develop business processes (BPML) and configure adapters within Sterling Integrator.
  • Perform extensive map development for formats including ANSI X12, XML, EDIFACT, CSV, Flat files, and JSON.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and system performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior EDI developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in Agile Development practices, including backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
