About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring an EDI Analyst in Deerfield, IL. This is a hybrid role. The initial training period will be onsite for 3-6 weeks, after which the role will transition to a hybrid model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The analyst will be responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of a new revenue management system. The role will also involve leading/supporting key initiatives, customer onboarding, and identifying/deploying solutions for process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of health card data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA, HIPAA, and GS1
• Proficiency in EDI languages such as: ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML
• Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools
• Independent/responsible (esp. remote work)
• Strong Technical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives
• Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities
• Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to privacy and security policies
• Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders
