About The Position
This role is for an Edgerton Technician in a distribution environment. The technician will be responsible for picking, packing, wrapping, and staging product, as well as assembling boxes as needed. The position requires adherence to all processes to ensure product quality and compliant operations. The technician will also perform other duties as assigned, demonstrate a positive attitude, and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be able to effectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents.
- Proven record of accomplishment of good attendance.
- Reading, writing, basic English communication, basic math skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing warehouse and/or distribution environment.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company safety Rules & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, wrapping, and staging of product.
- Box assembly as needed to support final product preparation.
- Properly follow all processes to ensure a quality product for our customers through compliant operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate and promote a solution based on a positive attitude in meeting goals and objectives.
