About The Position

This role is for an Edgerton Technician in a distribution environment. The technician will be responsible for picking, packing, wrapping, and staging product, as well as box assembly. They must follow all processes to ensure quality products and compliant operations, maintain housekeeping standards, and promote a safe work environment. The position requires effective communication and teamwork, the ability to follow instructions accurately and safely, and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Must be able to effectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents.
Proven record of accomplishment of good attendance.
Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to follow instructions, safely and accurately complete assigned duties, and maintain company standards.
Reading, writing, basic English communication, basic math skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous work experience in a manufacturing warehouse and/or distribution environment.
Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company safety Rules & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

Responsibilities
