EDD Analyst
About The Position

Our customers are complex and global, from crypto protocols to multi-entity international businesses. We combine financial infrastructure with hands-on support so founders can operate efficiently and scale with confidence. We’re hiring an Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a role where you will own high-complexity EDD reviews across a concurrent case queue. This is a production role where judgment, structure, and writing quality matter.
Requirements
- Strong EDD + BSA/AML knowledge
- Experience with complex/multi-jurisdiction structures
- Excellent analytical writing
- Ability to manage high-volume, concurrent cases
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases
- Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront
- Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA)
- Send targeted outreach based on actual info gaps
- Validate against primary source docs
- Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence)
