About The Position
This is a full-time, first-shift position for an ED Staff Development RN, working Monday through Friday. The role focuses on staff development within the Emergency Department.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
- Advanced certification such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC required
- Exceptional teaching, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proficient in instructional design and the use of simulation-based training methods.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment while maintaining calm and clear communication.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare education preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing or staff development preferred
- Certification in Nursing Professional Development (CNPD) or other relevant certifications preferred
