About The Position

We also have openings for the following shifts: 36hr Nights 24hr Rotating (Day/Night) Shifts Differentials: Weekday Evening= $3.00 Weekday Nights= $6.25, Weekend Days= $2.50 Weekend Evenings= $5.50 Weekend Nights= $8.75

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Active Massachusetts RN license
BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
Strong clinical judgment and technical skills
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
at least one year of experience, preferably in an ED or Critical Care

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care while coordinating across the care continuum.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
Provide age-appropriate and evidence-based nursing interventions.
Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans.
Build strong relationships with patients and families.
Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and preventative care.
Integrate cultural, spiritual, and personal preferences into care plans.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Support a positive, learning-focused clinical environment.
Act as a role model and resource for peers and team members.
Apply evidence-based practice and clinical scholarship.
Maintain competency in technical and specialty nursing skills.
Participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness efforts.
Safely delegate tasks in accordance with MA Nurse Practice Act (244 CMR 3.0).
Maintain accountability for patient outcomes and delegated tasks.
