ED Coordinator
About The Position
This is a full-time position (90% FTE) working the night shift, with three 12-hour shifts per week. The role involves working every other weekend and rotating holidays. The position is located at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in northern Illinois. Additional compensation components may include evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of experience in an emergency room or critical care environment as: Receptionist, Nursing Assistant, Nurse, Paramedic, EMT, Fire Fighter, Police Officer, 911 Dispatcher, or experience in military service.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree in Healthcare related field.
- One (1) year of experience in a customer service related field.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
- Emergency Medical Technician.
