About The Position

We are looking for an Ecosystem Lead, someone with a strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, and patient-centric approach, to join our commercial Immunology and Rheumatology team for Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. As the Ecosystem Lead, you will drive the development and implementation of regional healthcare ecosystem strategies to improve patient outcomes while contributing to business objectives. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, health systems, and cross-functional teams to identify care gaps, implement innovative solutions, and enhance stakeholder engagement throughout the patient journey. This role combines strategic leadership, customer engagement, and team expansion to make a significant impact for patients with immunological diseases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, health, life sciences, or a related field
  • Over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector with increasing responsibilities
  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams in sales, marketing, market access, medical affairs, or commercial affairs
  • Ability to travel regularly, up to 50% of the time
  • Bilingual communication skills, including perfect command of English and French

  • Advanced degrees (Master's, Pharm.D., M.D., or Ph.D.)
  • Ideally based in Montreal
  • Experience in rheumatology, dermatology, or biologic agents
  • Key account management experience in complex healthcare settings
