About The Position

Atom.com is seeking an Ecosystem Development Associate to help build and grow its partner network from the ground up. This hands-on role is suited to someone early in their partnerships career who is energized by outreach, relationship-building, and execution. The associate will use their familiarity with the AI startup ecosystem to develop partnerships and participate in the communities where Atom’s partners are active. Atom.com is an AI-first domain marketplace and ICANN-accredited registrar that helps entrepreneurs discover, evaluate, and secure domains. It combines millions of domains with AI-powered discovery that matches names based on meaning, positioning, style, and brand potential. Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role.
Genuine familiarity with the AI startup ecosystem, including awareness of its participants and developments.
Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and consistent follow-through.
Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a pipeline independently.
Excited to help build something at an early stage.

Responsibilities

Support outreach and relationship development with AI startups, developer tools, accelerators, and founder communities.
Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities from first contact through activation.
Coordinate co-marketing, referral, and integration opportunities with partner teams.
Assist in developing partner-facing materials, onboarding flows, and program documentation.
Track partnership activity and outcomes in a CRM and report on progress.
Participate in founder communities and ecosystem spaces where Atom’s partners are active.
