About The Position

Receives and greets clients into the agency as well as on the phone; conducts research of electronic records to verify, locate, identify, and document the status of basic information using provided agency and state systems; provides information about the status of assistance and services; explains application procedures and client responsibilities; distributes forms as needed; coordinates the transfer of correspondence between recipient and the appropriate agency staff; process client changes; makes referrals to other agencies or providers; schedules appointments; handles incoming documents received by the agency; maintains program and systems knowledge needed to assist customers; performs clerical tasks related to case record maintenance and supporting other agency staff. Performs other related duties as assigned.
