About The Position

TES Staffing is partnering with a small, local popcorn brand that is rapidly expanding its presence across various digital sales channels including ecommerce, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and TikTok Shop. The company is seeking a hands-on individual with high ownership to build and optimize ecommerce websites that drive actual sales, not just browsing. This role involves creating, launching, and scaling digital sales channels from the ground up.

Requirements

• Experience building ecommerce websites where customers purchase products
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design (not just aesthetics)
• Working knowledge of SEO and product page optimization
• Comfortable using platforms like Shopify, Webflow, or similar
• Self-starter who can figure things out and move quickly
• Portfolio of websites, product pages, or ecommerce work

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ecommerce websites (Shopify or similar)
• Create high-converting product pages (UX, layout, upsells, bundles)
• Improve conversion rates and online sales performance
• Execute SEO strategy (keyword research, site structure, product optimization)
• Launch and manage product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop
• Create or direct product page visuals, graphics, and content
• Support social-driven ecommerce (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
