About The Position

Rock West Composites, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Specialist. Rock West Composites, Inc. is an engineering and manufacturing company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for commercial and government customers. We provide cradle-to-grave services for primary and secondary composite structures. This position is located in our West Jordan, UT office and reports to the Segment Director. Position Summary: Ecommerce Specialist will support and execute customer facing Ecommerce initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve the digital customer experience, and strengthen customer retention. This role works closely with Operations and Shipping teams to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment while partnering with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day Ecommerce performance.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or Ecommerce operations (manufacturing environment highly preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and ability to work across multiple teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • Proficient in Excel and basic reporting; strong written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Composite experience is a huge plus
  • BS/BA preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage Ecommerce opportunities from quote through order placement, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Generate quotes for standard and semi-custom products and coordinate with Sourcing and Operations as needed
  • Act as a primary point of contact for select Ecommerce customers, supporting relationship management and repeat business
  • Partner closely with Operations and Shipping to track orders, resolve fulfillment issues, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Support customer outreach efforts and assist in executing retention and loyalty initiatives
  • Identify and help implement improvements across quoting, order entry, and customer communication workflows
  • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in Salesforce; support alignment with NetSuite
  • Assist in reporting on Ecommerce performance, customer trends, and order activity
  • Other duties as assigned.
