About The Position

We are a fast-paced performance marketing team that is changing how customers find products and services across the USA. We run innovative, and scroll-stopping ads that turn clicks into buyers. We work with DTC ecommerce brands and need a video editor who understands how performance creative actually drives sales. If you've edited ads for Shopify brands, know your way around UGC, and are already weaving AI tools into your workflow, we want to talk.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with AI tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, HeyGen, Topaz, etc.) and sharp prompting instincts.
  • Deep aesthetic sense for DTC ad styles — trendy fonts, native-feeling captions, formats that match the platform instead of screaming "ad".
  • Understanding of what stops the scroll in the first 1.5 seconds and how to keep viewers watching until the CTA.
  • Motion graphics skills — kinetic typography, product callouts, price reveals, subtle FX that elevate without distracting.
  • Ability to handle fast turnarounds — shipping multiple variations of the same ad in a day.
  • Ability to follow creative briefs precisely and iterate well on feedback.
  • Must be a skilled video editor; average applications will not be considered.
  • CV must be submitted in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Portfolio of DTC / ecommerce ads that actually ran.
  • Understanding of UGC editing, testimonial cutdowns, and problem/solution ad structures.
  • Familiarity with winning ad frameworks (PAS, AIDA, hook-retention-CTA).

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form DTC ad creative for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — the kind that stops the scroll, holds attention, and pushes conversions.
  • Work with product footage, creator UGC, b-roll, and AI-generated assets to produce multiple ad variations at speed.
  • Focus on hooks, pacing, and retention as key elements for ad success.
