Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of success in a customer-facing digital sales, customer service, or SaaS engagement/Sales environments.
Hands-on experience working with global eCommerce channels, digital lead management, and live engagement tools.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within a fast-paced setting.
Proven ability to navigate CRM tools, analyze customer data, and drive continuous channel improvements.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems.
Prior experience with business intelligence visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Drive new acquisition SaaS sales goals across the digital channel by proactively engaging with customers through live chat, email, and direct phone interactions.
Utilize Salesforce CRM and digital sales tools to source, track, and convert high-potential leads into long-term customers.
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to design, launch, and execute innovative targeted campaigns, including abandoned cart recovery and trial migrations.
Partner with analytics teams to measure performance metrics, analyze campaign KPIs, and develop BI visualizations that unlock continuous eCommerce growth.
Engage directly with online prospects to solve operational pain points, mitigate purchasing barriers, and elevate overall customer satisfaction.
