About The Position

EarthCam is seeking an experienced eCommerce Project Manager to take ownership of our digital storefront and lead its continued growth and optimization. This individual will oversee website updates, platform enhancements and technical integrations while coordinating closely with Creative, Product, Software Development, Sales and other internal teams. The goal is to deliver a seamless digital purchasing experience for both B2B and consumer customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project, program or product management within an enterprise e-commerce environment.
  • Experience using Agile, Scrum or hybrid project-management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of attribution modeling, A/B testing, conversion optimization, website performance and customer-journey analysis.
  • Experience managing cross-functional digital projects and technical integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize e-commerce website updates, layout changes and functional enhancements.
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable development plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Creative, Product, Software Development, Sales, IT and external vendors.
  • Manage project timelines, technical dependencies and deliverables from planning through implementation.
  • Monitor website traffic, conversion funnels and user-experience metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support A/B testing, attribution modeling, website-speed optimization and sales-journey improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of backend systems, including order management, ERP and billing integrations.
  • Provide clear direction, maintain accountability and keep stakeholders informed throughout each project.
