About The Position

The ECommerce Picker Packer picks parts according to customer orders, work orders, or transfer requests and prepares them for shipment. The role verifies part numbers, quantities, and condition, assists with receiving and stocking inventory, and helps maintain organized warehouse locations. It also supports inventory control and warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or parts experience preferred; agriculture or heavy equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts accurately based on customer orders, work orders, or transfer requests.
• Pack and prepare parts for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition prior to packing or delivery.
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure proper storage of parts.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
• Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
