About The Position

The ECommerce Picker Packer picks parts for customer orders, work orders, or transfer requests and packs and prepares them for shipment with proper labeling and documentation. The role also supports receiving and stocking inventory, warehouse organization, inventory control, and safe operation of material handling equipment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or parts experience preferred; agriculture or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts accurately based on customer orders, work orders, or transfer requests.
• Pack and prepare parts for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition before packing or delivery.
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure proper storage of parts.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
• Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
