Requirements

• Strong computer and analytical skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Completion of an Undergraduate degree in Business or related discipline required.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops analytical reports that measure performance based upon globally defined OTC standards.
• Develops reports with other OTC analysts requiring a high degree of accuracy and detailed knowledge of OTC processes.
• Reconciles analytical data as required.
• Assist OTC Management in creation of new globally used metrics.
• Provide training to entry level employees in singular or group sessions.
