This role is designed to focus on one of the biggest & most exciting growth trends in our marketplace today: Online Grocery. This role will be on the eComm Sales Team and will report into the Sr. Manager, Digital Commerce, on the broader Walmart and Digital Commerce Customer Team. The eGrocery NAM will support the online expansion of our grocery customers, leading the development of these key customer relationships and business operations across 1PEP. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive both short and long term success for customers and execute against Perfect Digital Store principles to ensure Digital Execution is best in class. Short term success is measured on performance to plan and operational execution. Long term success is measured on customer relationship building, collaboration, driving insights to action, and winning Online Share for PepsiCo across accounts. This role will appeal to sales leaders that have consistently driven profitable market share growth. You are known for your consultative leadership style, diverse business understanding, project management skill and willingness to challenge the status quo. You thrive in ambiguous situations where you can establish a new path and process. You understand how to align your internal cross functional and external customer teams to effectively bringing forth creative ideas that deliver greater product visibility, sales and operational capability that in-turn deliver against both external customer and internal company objectives.
