The manager will oversee marketplace operations, including marketing, content optimization, and promotional execution, while also ensuring account health through diligent tracking of operational metrics and proactive issue resolution. Additionally, the role requires building strong relationships with marketplace managers, generating insightful reports, and staying current with e-commerce trends. Collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales Operations, Forecasting, Planning, Sales, and IT is crucial for achieving channel growth objectives.
