About The Position

As the Manager of Consumer Retailer.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our premium beauty brands products across our online retailer platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing customized e-commerce and marketing plans tailored to the specific needs and strategies of our mass (Target, Walmart) and premium beauty retailer partners (Ulta, Sephora, etc.). This role requires a deep understanding of retailer strategies, marketing levers, and e-commerce best practices and a keen eye for innovation and competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail management roles, with a focus on premium beauty products.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, retailer.com platforms, and marketing strategies specific to the premium beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to create clarity from ambiguity, think strategically, and independently lead the development, presentation, and execution of channel growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our premium beauty retailer partners' strategies, plans, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to align our brand objectives with retailer strategies and leverage retailer resources to drive mutual growth.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and channel plans to grow e-commerce penetration and drive revenue growth through retailer.com platforms.
  • Customize marketing plans, CRM strategies, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and sales.
  • Work internally and with retail partners to oversee the development and management of high-quality content, including product descriptions, images, videos, and blog posts tailored to retailer.com platforms.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Utilize data analytics, performance metrics, and ROI frameworks to evaluate initiatives and optimize results.
  • Partners with retailer partners to analyze performance data, share insights, and iterate strategies to achieve mutual goals.
