Jellycat is a privately owned design-led, gift brand headquartered in London. As we continue to grow throughout North America, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand. This position will be fully remote, but must reside within the Eastern Time Zone or work Eastern Time Zone hours. The eCommerce Manager, NA oversees daily DTC website operations, calls strategic plays, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to manage online sales growth. This role is accountable for North America’s DTC e-commerce performance, including meeting annual revenue targets and improving key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV). Reporting to the Director of eCommerce (North America), you will lead a small eCommerce team and collaborate with global colleagues to ensure our online strategy and content aligns with the brand across regions. The ideal candidate combines hands-on platform expertise (Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, SearchSpring, Akeneo, Google Analytics) with strong analytical and leadership skills to optimize our digital commerce channel.
