Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, website content, social media, email marketing, and ecommerce merchandising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree (e.g. Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, etc.)
• Demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House

Nice To Haves

• familiarity with AI, Google Analytics, NetSuite, or other ecommerce and analytics platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with SEO optimization, including keyword research, SEO copywriting, content optimization, and other strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings
• Support website merchandising by building landing pages, updating product placement and sort orders, adding banners, and maintaining promotional content
• Assist with ecommerce promotions by creating coupons, updating promotional content, and supporting marketing initiatives across the website
• Review and update digital content across websites, social media, and email campaigns to support traffic and brand awareness
• Pull and analyze reports using Google Analytics and NetSuite to identify trends, monitor performance, and support ecommerce decision-making
• Build and maintain NetSuite saved searches and other reports to support ecommerce and business needs
• Assist with ongoing website maintenance and optimization to ensure a user-friendly, accurate, and engaging online shopping experience
