About The Position

Elite Comfort Solutions LLC is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Manager to join their Ecommerce team and support the bedding division. The company is a global leader in foam technology with over 20 years of experience and a partnership with Leggett & Platt. The Ecommerce Growth Manager will be responsible for owning a major 3P marketplace as an anchor account, hunting and opening new 3P marketplaces (any marketplace selling mattresses, pillows, and toppers are in scope), and driving channel growth. This role involves end-to-end launch ownership, managing agency partners, and scaling the channel. Requirements

  • Five plus years of 3P marketplace experience with direct ownership of a marketplace P&L (e.g., Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair, or comparable).
  • Experience opening at least one new 3P marketplace from initial contact to live operation, including understanding the buyer/category management cycle, onboarding requirements, and building a business case.
  • Hands-on advertising experience on at least one major retail media network, including campaign strategy, bid management, and ROAS optimization.
  • Agency management experience, including setting scope, holding agencies accountable, and taking action when performance is not met.

Nice To Haves

  • Bedding, sleep, furniture, or home category experience.
  • Experience with home category 3P marketplaces, including home specialty and home improvement platforms.
  • Experience with licensed brand programs.
  • Experience with vendor compliance scorecards (OTIF, fill rate, etc.) on marketplaces that enforce them.

Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L for the anchor 3P marketplace, including revenue, gross margin, advertising spend, and contribution profit, and drive the channel to scale.
  • Lead the launch of multiple owned and licensed brands on the anchor marketplace, covering content development, advertising plan, pricing strategy, and inventory planning.
  • Identify, build a business case for, onboard, launch, and optimize new 3P marketplace opportunities.
  • Manage the agency partner relationship by setting scope, KPIs, and weekly cadence, and holding the agency accountable for performance.
  • Partner with internal teams (Brand Managers, Product Development, Marketing, Sourcing and Operations, Supply Chain and Demand Planning) and external agencies to define program economics, build assortments, and execute marketplace commitments.
