Church & Dwight is seeking an eCommerce Brand Manager to join their team and lead ecommerce efforts for their Specialty Hair & Skin Care business unit, focusing on brands like Hero Cosmetics, Nair, and Touchland. This role is ideal for a digitally-savvy marketer with strong general management aptitude who wants to deepen their ecommerce expertise. The Brand Ecommerce Manager will drive the long-term, profitable growth of the ecommerce business by developing brand ecommerce strategies, executing growth plans, and identifying and removing barriers to growth. This role is end-to-end, owning the P+L for the ecommerce business unit and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the digital shelf, content, retail media, promotions, and product innovation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to evaluate progress, implement modifications, and act as a thought leader for driving ecommerce growth and prioritization. Experience in developing cohesive, best-in-class brand experiences online and working across departments and agencies is essential. The company has significant goals to accelerate its ecommerce business and is looking for a self-starter with a proven track record of driving growth.
