Church & Dwight is seeking an eCommerce Brand Manager to join their team. This role will focus on accelerating Church & Dwight's eCommerce acceleration by leading ecommerce efforts for their Specialty Hair & Skin Care business unit, with a specific focus on the skincare brands Hero Cosmetics, Nair, and Touchland. The Brand Ecommerce Manager is an ideal role for a curious, digitally-savvy marketer with strong general management aptitude who wants to deepen their expertise in ecommerce. This individual will drive the long-term, profitable growth of the ecommerce business by leading the development of brand ecommerce strategies, executing growth plans, and identifying and removing barriers to growth. Similar to a traditional brand manager, this role owns the ecommerce business for a specific business unit from end to end, including the P+L, and is responsible for all tasks necessary to drive the business. The ideal candidate will be accountable for developing strong plans and collaborating cross-functionally across all major ecommerce business levers, including optimizing the digital shelf, content, retail media, promotions, and product optimization/innovation. Strong analytical skills are essential for ongoing evaluation of progress against growth plans and for identifying and implementing modifications. This role acts as the key driver of ecommerce growth and prioritization across the business unit brand teams, serving as a thought leader and catalyst for process change. Experience in developing a cohesive, best-in-class brand experience online and working across departments and agencies to execute plans is expected. The company has significant goals to accelerate its ecommerce business in the coming years and is looking for a self-starter with experience driving this level of growth.
