About The Position

Scheels is seeking a Part-Time ECOM / Web Shopper to join their team. This role is responsible for fulfilling online orders by collecting and organizing products, packing, sealing, labeling, and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate will understand inventory systems, execute project work plans, communicate effectively with leadership and team members, and maintain a clean work area. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering a personalized customer experience and maintaining a team-first mentality.

Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Responsibilities

Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate with all associates
All other duties as assigned
