About The Position

Scheels is seeking a Part-Time ECOM / Web Shopper to join their team. This role involves collecting and organizing products to complete online orders, packing and preparing them for shipping, and understanding internal inventory systems. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with associates and leadership, and maintain a clean work area. This position requires daytime and evening availability, including some weekends, with an average of 20 hours per week.

Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury

Responsibilities

Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate with all associates
All other duties as assigned
