About The Position

Scheels is seeking a part-time ECOM Fulfillment Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for collecting and organizing products to complete customer orders, packing and preparing them for shipment, and maintaining an organized work area. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a team-first mentality, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences. Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both
Ability to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate with all associates

Understanding of brands, shops, and internal inventory systems

Responsibilities

Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate with all associates
All other duties as assigned
