About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking an Ecological Restoration Crew Chief for an upcoming project opportunity: Landscape Services Ecological Restoration and Invasive Species for Parks and Recreation. This role involves identifying native plants and noxious weeds, sequencing field work, and performing daily quality and safety checks. The Crew Chief will coordinate manual, mechanical, cultural, and approved chemical control methods. Consultants are expected to review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements. They will provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability. Coordination with FuntoNetwork on the assigned consultant role and related technical work, clear communication with stakeholders, and support for quality control and status updates are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Relevant experience for this project-based role
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials

- Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred
