About The Position
ECO Solo Operator – Folder/Gluer Machine 12-Hour Rotating Day Shifts: 7:00am – 7:00pm Starting Pay: $22.75/hour and up for highly qualified candidates based on experience, skills, and machine proficiency. Join our team as an ECO Solo Operator and take control of state-of-the-art folder/gluer machinery in our paperboard packaging operation. As our ECO Solo Operator, you'll be the master of your machine. You'll operate sophisticated folder/gluer equipment, ensuring top-quality paperboard packaging production while maintaining our high standards for safety and efficiency. This isn't just running a machine – you're solving problems, optimizing performance, and playing a key role in our production success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years machine operation experience
- Ability to read measurements and use hand tools
- Basic math skills and computer literacy
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to cover shifts when needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Folder/gluer experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Operating and setting up folder/gluer machinery with precision
- Ensuring product quality and meeting production targets
- Conducting preventative maintenance and housekeeping
