This position is designed as a flexible, low-hour (3-5 hours a week) consultation role ideal for an experienced licensed clinician interested in supporting ECM staff development and quality of care. In this impactful role, you will help improve outcomes for high-need Medi-Cal members by supporting a whole-person care approach designed to reduce preventable hospitalizations and emergency department visits while increasing access to coordinated community-based services. Under the direction of the ECM Services Program Manager, the ECM Services Clinical Consultant supports the quality and effectiveness of services provided by the ECM Services Unit. This position supports both clinical and non-clinical care coordination efforts for clients experiencing significant behavioral health and social needs. The Clinical Consultant provides direct supervision to ECM Lead Care Managers and contributes to staff development, quality assurance, training, assessment practices, and program evaluation activities.
