The ECHOES Team Leader will have a caseload of 10 participants aged 14-18. Responsibilities include facilitating groups, preferably Restorative Justice circles, and meeting with participants 1:1 to review program performance. Team Leaders will daily review scorecards with youth covering Attendance, Preparedness, Performance, Attitude, and Participation. They will also oversee a Work Team at Project sites. The role requires working 10 hours per week, including some weekdays and Saturdays, and supervising participants in the Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, and Summer stages of the program. The Team Leader will collaborate with the ECHOES Probation Officer. The program's goals are to foster transformational relationships that help participants stay in school and their communities, while improving educational, employment, and social/emotional competencies for law-abiding lives, ultimately aiming to reduce recidivism within the criminal justice system.
