About The Position

Deliver accurate cardiac assessments by performing routine and complex diagnostic procedures to evaluate heart structures and blood flow, directly informing life-saving treatment plans. Master high-precision imaging equipment by expert positioning, manual transducer maneuverability, and adjusting parameters to capture crystal-clear images every time. Safeguard clinical excellence and image integrity by maintaining strict quality control and regulatory standards, ensuring all studies sent to PACS are complete, precise, and error-free. Identify critical cardiac pathology and clinical artifacts in real time, serving as a trusted set of eyes for the care team to accelerate diagnostic accuracy. Foster a safe, organized, and patient-centered environment by keeping procedure rooms fully sanitized and maintained, giving every patient a comfortable, reassuring environment.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. General Radiography is also required in addition to any specialty.
  • State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board required within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Minimum weekend, weeknight and holiday call rotation.
  • Day shift availability for pto or off day coverage a plus.
  • BLS, registered echocardiography tech
