About The Position

Operate specialized imaging equipment, including the precise manual maneuvering of transducers, to capture high-resolution diagnostic images that directly inform critical patient care and treatment planning. Uphold rigorous safety protocols and quality assurance standards across all procedures to ensure exceptional patient well-being and maintain full compliance with all regulatory agency mandates. Execute complex and routine studies by applying advanced anatomical knowledge and technical parameters, ensuring optimal patient positioning and comfort throughout the entire imaging process. Manage the seamless transfer of clinical data and images to PACS, meticulously ensuring all patient history and technical information is accurate and promptly recorded to guarantee continuity of care across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. General Radiography is also required in addition to any specialty.
  • State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board required within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
