About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Director of Cardiology performs a variety of highly technical cardiac ultrasonographic procedures through the application of non-ionizing high frequency ultrasonic waves. Functions within the scope of practice of Cardiology Services and the hospital policy and procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives and goals of the hospital.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in radiologic technology or equivalent education/experience in a related health care field
- RDCS registry preferred
- BLS Training required
- 1 year experience cardiac ultrasound minimum
