About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Echocardiographer to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures in a high-volume cardiology services department. The role involves working with physicians and clinical teams to obtain high-quality echocardiographic images for accurate cardiac assessment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent echocardiography experience required
- AHA BLS required
- RDCS or CCI certification required
- Graduate from accredited ultrasound technology program
Nice To Haves
- Registry eligible or registered echocardiographer preferred
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform adult echocardiograms and cardiac ultrasound studies
- Assist physicians with diagnostic interpretation support
- Ensure proper patient preparation and documentation
- Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain image quality standards
- Follow cardiac imaging protocols and department procedures
- Maintain compliance with safety and clinical guidelines
