Under minimal supervision, operates cardiac ultrasound equipment to produce optimal echocardiographic images for diagnostic evaluation of chamber measurements, blood flow characteristics, and cardiac function for neonate, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. Requirements
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in an acute care hospital as an Echo Tech.
- Experience as an Echo Tech with neonatal and pediatric patients preferred
