About The Position
The Cardiac Sonographer performs a variety of non-invasive ultrasound examinations for diagnosis of cardiac, vascular, and abdominal disorders. Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
- Graduate of an accredited/approved program in noninvasive cardiovascular echocardiography.
- Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer – American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Or Upon hire: National Certification – Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably cardiology.
