Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years experience in echocardiogram technician position and/or related experience
- Reg Cardiac Sonographer Required or Reg Diag Cardiac Sonographer Required
Responsibilities
- Performs and interprets preliminary non-invasive cardiac studies. This includes but not limited to 2D and M Mode echocardiography, stress echocardiography and other outpatient services as needed.
- Responsible for preparing and interpreting quality studies for physicians.
- Performs all outpatient cardiac testing as ordered by the medical staff, non-invasive vascular monitoring, stress echocardiography and assists with TEE.
