About The Position
St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Echo Tech for our Non-Invasive Cardiology Department. The Echo Tech, under the general supervision of the Clinical Manager Non-Invasive Cardiology or authorized designee, is responsible to perform, record and report procedures to include, but not limited to, three channel electrocardiographs, M-Mode, 2D and 3D echocardiography.
Requirements
- Certified Non-Invasive Echocardiogram Technologist preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program which includes Echocardiogram or has had previous experience as an Echocardiogram Tech.
- Registry to be obtained within (1) one year of graduation of accredited ultrasound program.
- Previous experience in performing Echocardiograms preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of all facets of echocardiography and typing.
- BLS required.
